The development consists of 472 beds, a mix of 4-11 bedroom clusters and studio bedrooms. The scheme will provide students with a gym, bike store and multiple breakout areas including an outdoor courtyard area. This development was sold to our client Student Roost and will be delivered by the main contactor NMCN in July 2021.
